Dr. Corey Girdwood was born and raised in a small town just outside of Detroit, Michigan. His passion for chiropractic began early in life after a shoulder injury nearly ended his swimming career. When traditional treatments failed, it was a local chiropractor who ultimately helped him recover and return to competition. That life-changing experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others regain their health and mobility.
Dr. Girdwood earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. While at Palmer, he served as class president and graduated cum laude with his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Now, with over 13 years of experience, he has established himself as a highly skilled chiropractor specializing in the treatment of both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

As one of the acting chiropractors for the Tampa Bay Rays, Dr. Girdwood works with professional athletes to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
